Rates:  Our rates are   Sunday - Thursday- $95.00
                                      Friday - Saturday- $100.00
                                      Rates are for double occupancy
                                      Extra overnite guests- $30.00 per person
                                       11% tax will be added
                                      Breakfast included
                                      maximum occupancy.. 8 people                                    
                                      Prior arrangements must be made for any extra visitors of      
                                         paying guests.
 
Payment:  We require 50% deposit for your reservation, secured on a credit card.
  At check-out, you may pay balance with cash, or credit.
  We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards.
  Sorry, we can not accept checks or debit cards.

Check-In: 4.00pm.
  Early, arrivals, can be arranged upon a 3 day prior notice.
  Early check-in is $10.00 per hour.
   2:00pm is the earliest arrival time possible.
   If you would like to drop off some luggage or a car, early, please call
   prior to your arrival.
   Please let us know if you expect your arrival time to be after 10pm.

Check-Out: 12:00pm Sharp.

Cancellation:  You must cancel 7 or more days in advance to receive a full refund.
       If you cancel after 7 days, we can not refund your deposit.
       Cancellations made on holiday weekends can not be refunded.

Children:  Children under 14 are not permitted

Pets:    Sorry, we love animals, but we don't allow any pets here.

     Under The State of Illinois law
    Absolutely no smoking in the house!
     There is an ashtray outside for your use.
We will charge another night stay if this rule is broken!!
